[Ccwg-auctionproceeds] My initial comments

Seun,

As it wasn’t implied in my earlier comments, I don’t personally have  an
issue with a portion of the auction proceeds going to replenish the reserve.

Where I am concerned is the pace and progress of the ccwg. a great deal of
impact is possible, but the more we delay, the more the assumptions  of
what is in mission and identified as a priority may change
