Colleagues,


I did preface my email with apologies if the issue of coordination with 
other donors had taken place. From what I’ve heard from your 
responses, it does seem some work had been done. Perhaps not to the 
extent that I would have preferred . But, the “train does seem to have 
left the station on that issue”. Thus, I’ll respect that.

That being said, we are we now …  we are going through the review of 
the public comments. Having gone through the document in detail, I look 
forward to the discussion of key items that were raised, sharing views 
of the SSAC in that context, and advancing suggestions that I hope might 
move us forward.
