Thanks for this concise prep for today's conference call. I have two 
questions where I may have missed something.

 1. In the /Division of Responsibilities/ what is the mechanism at the
    /Overall Approval/ stage if ICANN has a serious reservation about
    the recommendations?
 2. For whatever approach, what is viewed as the timeline for developing
    an operational unit/organization and initiating a call for proposals?
