Apologies for my lack of engagement and my very late comment.

As I'm trying to catch-up with discussions about the different mechanisms,
I didn't see any comparative on the criterion of

   -

   Ability to sunset (i.e. terminate / close down)

It might be there and I might not been careful in my reading.
