with potential mechanisms to explore further while others will need to be addressed in the context of the mechanism(s) the CCWG decides to explore further. For example, the question concerning the overall objective of fund allocation has been identified as
one of those questions that needs a response. Similarly, the charter question concerning whether ICANN should oversee the solicitation and evaluation of proposals has been identified as one of the questions that would need to be addressed before considering
potential mechanisms as it has a determining factor on which mechanism may be most suitable. Other questions such as overhead and conflict of interest are easier to address one a mechanism(s) has been chosen for further exploration.
