The preample looks great for me as well and I tend to agree with<br>
Daniel on the point of deleting the word "should" which can be<br>
confusing for future applicants. I do agree with his suggested edit:<br>
<br>
"Therefore, the CCWG considers the following to be important<br>
guidelines to applicants seeking auction proceeds funding:"<br>
<br>
If Daniel (who is part of this discussion) found it limitating, then<br>
maybe someone else who was not part of our discussion can feel the<br>
same, thinking that their project has to follow ALL of those criteria<br>
in order to be considered.<br>
<br>
I am sure we will have projects which has nothing to do with "-Support<br>
ICANN's community activities and consensus-building processes" but<br>
which fits into one or all the other criteria.<br>
