<p>Thanks for the work of your drafting team. It is a great job. I
very much like what you have done and it captures most of all the
terms that we had spoken about. However, I think we need to add
the words standards-based to the definition to ensure that it also
remain accessible to people with disabilities and specific
needs. If everyone was using agreed upon standards that were
published by the W3C than people using assistive technologies
would have a much easier time navigating the internet. I call to
your attention the definition of Web accessibility from Wikipedia
where it defines it as referring to the <a
href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inclusion_%28disability_rights%29"
title="Inclusion (disability rights)">inclusive practice</a> of
removing barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to <a
href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Website" title="Website">websites</a>,
by people with <a
href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disabilities"
class="mw-redirect" title="Disabilities">disabilities</a>. When
sites are correctly designed, developed and edited, all users have
equal access to information and functionality.</p>
<p>I think adding the words standards-based would cover these issues
at least for me. <br>
</p>
<p>Like Vanda, I have no problem with the "should" since I also have
interpreted it as a minimum list to be followed and can evolve as
needed</p>

constraining one, i.e.
"- Support ICANN's community activities and consensus-building
processes"
Another option would be to include this ICANN specific criteria in the
first one, e.g.
"- Be aligned +or in service+ of the ICANN's mission and core
principles"
And keep the "Projects should:" as a AND constraint.
Edit: I think there's a typo: “(concept).
