fact. If you don't believe me, there's not much I can do about that.<br>

Once again, I totally concur with your concerns about the process and <br>
possible influence by ICANN staff, but assuptions that creating extra <br>
levels of bueracracy in a short term foundation are just that, <br>
assumptions.<br>
