sentence from the first paragraph removes the rationale for
the CCWG’s recommendation to not provide access to ICANN
accountability mechanisms such as IRP. It may be important for
readers to have this context to understand the CCWG’s
recommendation? Also as a reminder, these two paragraphs do
not immediately follow each other in the report.
