<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">1. Per the IPC, BC, and SSAC comments, develop an additional recommendation that the ICANN Board commission the feasibility study to review costs and ease of start-up and sunset for the mechanisms that are recommended.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">2. Regarding ByLaws amendments, clarify that grants which are “approved” are not subject to challenge (in addition to grants which are “not approved”)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">3. Regarding ByLaws amendments, clarify that nothing in the Final Report is intended to affect EC powers over the Budgeting process.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
