<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I am pleased to confirm that the ccNSO Council, during its meeting on 20 August, has adopted the Final Report of the Cross-Community Working group on new gTLD Auction Proceeds dated
29 May 2020. As per the rules of the ccNSO, the decision to adopt the Final Report bec</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">ame</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> effective seven (7 days) after publication.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The ccNSO Council supports the recommendations 1-12 contained in the Final Report, as well as the Guidance provided. The Council notes the minority positions contained in the Report,
but does not support any of them. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
