I apologize for missing the working call, as I had Internet outage due to a cable cut in my neighborhood.
After all, it is the infrastructure -- whether Internet or electricity.
I would like to propose that with all other considerations, we acknowledge and invite the IGF Secretariat = Chengetai Masango, and the chair of CSTD Peter Major.
Before we hear other quite interesting papers, first and foremost, I want to have both Peter Major, CSTD Chair, and Chengetai Masango, IGF Secretariat as speakers.

Subject: [ccwg-internet-governance] Proposed Agenda for CCWG IG public meeting in Marrakech
just a summary of today's call:
(Call Agenda: https://community.icann.org/x/9Qh1Aw )
* The Group gave a green light to Nigel Hickson in sending the attached
proposal to WSIS Forum organisers, as a placeholder for future text that
will expand more on the contents of the session.
* We added an agenda item to the call, which was a discussion on the
proposed Public Session of the CCWG IG in Marrakech. After some
discussion, the proposed agenda is as follows:
Proposed Public Session in Marrakech (75 minutes total time)
1. The WSIS+10 process (20 minutes)
a. main outcomes
b. what to look out for in the future
2. Debate about Fragmentation vs. Openness (30 minutes)
WEF - fragmentation paper
OECD debate on this topic. Is a follow-up to ministerial meeting in Seoul.
Context in the names and numbers
The Wushen conference
3. GAC High Level meeting takeaway (5 minutes)
--- end of proposed agenda
It was recognised that not much input was received from CCWG IG
participants on the mailing list, neither on the proposal to hold a
workshop at WSIS Forum, nor on the proposed agendas for Marrakech. So
please take some time to read through this and to express your comments
in between calls.
