[ccwg-internet-governance] Important information about face to face meeting in Helsinki

I was surprised about the time slots, as there was not lunch time preference, or early time slots, like 7:30 a.m.
I will do my best, but I think we should also add in Sunday as a possible time and Monday might need to be a preference as it is supposed to be about outreach.
