Dear Keith,

Does it exceed ICANN's mission for a cross-community WG to propose an IGF
workshop session? This is not the first time I hear about the requirements
for 'vetting' from Verisign.

IGF workshops are proposed relatively informally, are you suggesting that
the CCWG, which already has worked on this proposal in broad view of the
list members, further requires to subject it to a PDP like process?
