Dear Sir/Madam

         On 14th March, CGP held the joint meeting with CDNC, elected chair and drafted the outline of proposal.

         Now we have finished the CGP proposal and submit it for review and approval.

         We noticed that there are still volunteers applying to join the panel, we will update the information in Chapter 2 synchronously with ICANN .

         Please feel free to inform us of your suggestions and comments on the proposal.
