[ChineseGP] CGP Fortnightly Meeting

Dear members of the CGP,

It was highlighted to us that some members of the CGP are not able to make
the fortnightly meeting as they are not based in the APAC region. Could we
get some sense of the preferred time (in UTC) and day of the week? Please
start by letting the list know of which days and timing are bad (based on
UTC). Thanks!
