- Prof.Kim will tell CJK whether the repertoire ver0.3 is the 
  proposed stable baseline of Korean LGR-alpha version or not

  "Procedure" and add some explanation (especially regarding 'review')
  to the "Algorithm" (now "Procedure") document

- CJK will share their own repertoire and variants in both XML and 
  excel format

- CJK will check and confirm the template of Root LGR proposal and ask
