[ChineseGP] dates/time and place : CJK Coordination meeting

Dear colleagues in CGP, KGP, JGP,

Considering the responses so far, let me propose that
representatives from CGP, KGP and JGP will meet in Seoul
from PM on Friday 15/May to 15:00 on Saturday 16/May.

So far, as far as I remember, the following folks
responded affirmatively in attending the CJK meeting
in Seoul from PM on Friday 15/May to 15:00 on Saturday
16/May. And some expressed their intention to join
remotely.

CGP Wang Wei
    Chris Dillon

KGP KIM Kyongsok

JGP Hiro Hotta
    Yoshiro Yoneya
    Yuri Takamatsu

We need to fix the dates/venue pretty soon, because the
dates are just one month away.

May I propose that if no big issue on dates/venue is raised
by Friday 17/April, we fix the dates/venue ? Meanwhile,
please share who from CGP and who from KGP will attend.
JGP will send the above 3 folks.

In addition, may I ask Prof. KIM to secure a meeting room
with Internet facility i Seoul?

Thanks and Regards,
Hiro

That's a great news!
I'm looking forward to your revised table.

As to the Seoul meeting,

> option-2 : pm on Friday 15/May and
> am (or possibly till 15:00) on Saturday 16/May
will work for all 3 CJK Chairs with some others who
already responded to my proposal. I'll send a separate
mail to all of us regarding the meeting date.

Regards,
Hiro
