[ChineseGP] agenda of CJK Coordination meeting - second draft

Dear CGP/JGP/KGP colleagues,

Thanks to all colleagues' hard work, preparation for CJK coordination 
meeting is making a steady progress.  Colleagues in IP have also been 
supporting our progress.

I will make a detailed progress report of ToDo's, which will be sent 
to you in a separate mail in a couple of hours from now.

As to the agenda, I have rearranged the agenda as pasted below by 
considering the recent development of the preparation. The primary 
changes are the followings: 

- two "QnA with IP" sessions are newly added on both days 

    because it has become obvious that we still need to communicate 
    with IP regarding the details of RootLGR development process and 
    IP's intention

- "sharing each GP's status and concerns" session is removed and we 
  will go directly into detailed discussion using LGR-1's

    because all three GPs have been making a good progress on their 
    respective LGR-1

Please feel free to make comments on the revised agenda. I hope your 
comments will be sent to me by 6pm on Monday KST.  This is because 
I want to ask IP to prepare for their remote participation after 
fixing the time slot of the session for them to participate in.
