Dear all,
May I propose to assign a number to each document for us to easily 
identify documents?

As to numbers, how about
- CGP assigns C1, C2, C3, ... to each document that CGP will bring in
  to the meeting
- JGP assigns J1, J2, J3, ...
- KGP assigns K1, K2, K3, ...
?
Such number is shown on the top right corner of the page-1 of each 
document.
