  Dear colleagues in CGP/JGP/KGP & IP :

 

This notice is to inform CGP/JGP/KGP and IP that CJK Coordination meeting will be held on May 15th~16th at KISA Seocho office in Seoul. The meeting will begin at 14:00 May 15th and is expected to close approximately  at 16:00 May 16th.  Please find attached file for details(i.e. location, adobe-connect urls etc) on the meeting. 

 

For preparation, please send your presentation materials to Mijee Kim( <mailto:mjkim at kisa.or.kr> mjkim at kisa.or.kr) by tomorrow(Thursday) 11 a.m. so that we can set your files on the computer before the meeting.

* For security reasons, USBs are not allowed on our(KISA's) computers. Please send your materials in advance by email. (or the presenters can use their computers for presentation)

* Upon request, hand-outs will be prepared on Friday.

 

FYI) 

1. Copy machine and printer will be available on Friday. In case of Saturday, portable printer will be available.

2. Friday Dinner(Korean traditional food) and Saturday Lunch(Korean) will be prepared by KISA & ICANN Seoul Office.

* Should you have any special food requirement, please contact Mijee Kim( <mailto:mjkim at kisa.or.kr> mjkim at kisa.or.kr) by tomorrow(Thursday) 11a.m.
