As all of you know. ICANN kindly booked rooms for us to meet as below

However, CGP/JGP/KGP have not confirmed to meet in Marrakech. 
It seems no one is very interested in having CJK coordination meeting in Marrakech. It may be because we haven't had progress after Dublin.

After seeing this situation, let me propose for us to meet on Sunday 15:30-1700 at Emeraude room with remote participation informally. Then and there, we will decide whether we will hold CJK meetings on Monday and Thursday. 

Could each of you express your intention on the participation in an informal meeting on Sunday 15:30-1700 at Emeraude room?
  - will join in person
  - will join remotely
  - will not join 

If enough intention is not received, let's cancel all the meetings even if the cancellation is against ICANN's expectation..
