Hi Prof. Kim,

Thank you for forwarding this.

Could you provide us some background on how the 74 variant characters were identified and defined in the KGP table?  For example, is there a standard in Korea?  Or otherwise linguistic study?  Is there a working definition at this time?

The reason I ask, is of course the Integration Panel (IP) requires rationale for designation of character variants, and I think it may be useful for our discussion in the coming meeting.
