Page 1, line 1:
  Algorithm => Procedure
  v0.4 => v0.5

Page 2, line 62:
  ... execute either (a) ... => ... responsible GP execute either (a) ...

Page 2, line 66-67:
  <null> => Whether “review” type is included in ${IR-list} is differ 
            by each GP.  Therefore, each GP should decide “review” 
            type treatment independently.
