[ChineseGP] updates of CJK coordination meeting in Seoul

Dear Wang Wei, Ning Kong and Prof. Kim,

Thank you for your contributions. We are almost reaching a consensus,
providing that the final piece of work to be completed before the end of
this year. Thank you again and look forward to hearing from you to conclude
CJK phased outcome.
