[ChineseGP] CGP Proposal 20161012

Dear Sarmad

 

       CGP revised the proposal document due to the IP’s feedback to the last version..

 

       The updates of the document has been presented and discussed in the CJK meeting and CDNC meeting held in Taiwan.

       The conclusion of the meetings are also added into the attached document.

 

       Please help forward the proposal to IP for further comments.
