Dear Sarmad, Pitinan and all

Please find the attached "CGP-LGR-Proposal-1.6-201909-clean.docx" as well as the other appendix documents.
The document has been updaed according to the feedback from IP in August( "Feedback to CGP-LGR201907-report_20190811-clean.docx")
The main changes are:
1. accepted the new visual similarity variants proposed by IP.
2. imported 144 JGP unique Kanji chars into CLGR
3. removed 6 new types that CGP created in the last proposal draft(V.201906)

Please feel free to give your comment and share the documents with IP for their further guidance.
