A very comprehensive report of a region that's often hugely difficult to assess for all sorts of reasons - including the lack of open communications and a downright distrust of research. Well done to the team.
There are some good recommendations in here - I hope ICANN will follow through with the proposed observatory, and by supporting Africa's internet activists who campaign for better policies and regulations and improved investments and infrastructure.
