<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">adjustments of special privilege for VeriSign to operate as a registrar which does not appear to be a fair and equitable decision, and<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">the continued act of disregarding feedback from the internet community.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal">ICANN is in the position to greatly affect the fairness and equality of the internet community, and we users depend on morally just and wise decisions. I urge you to reconsider your proposed January amendment.
