<div dir="auto">Tom Whom it may concern, <div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I am wholeheartedly against amendment 3. This change will disproportionately affect small business owners and owners of web-based independent businesses. Intrepid business owners have enough costs associated with starting up, purchasing a domain name shouldn't have to be an unexpected expense; business owners should retain the choice to select a domain company that has a fee schedule that corresponds with their budget. This choice is being removed from the consumer by having one entity setting fee schedules for the next 10 years. In the age of the internet, individual domains and websites are expected of any business. This amendment will make the already overwhelmingly difficult process of starting a business even harder. Please reconsider amendment 3. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Cordially,</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Kathleen Van Riet</div></div>
