<div>I ask ICANN to please not remove price caps from .com domain registrations. The proposed 7% price rase per year is an astronomical amount to go up, and will make .com domains expensive and prohibitive to obtain and maintain.</div>

<div>.com is the main domain of the internet, it makes up most of the TLD’s in existence, this change will affect a huge percentage of the internet community. ICANN is meant to serve the internet and its users, and to foster competition (which provides better products and pricing to users). This move along with the removal of price caps on previous domains (.org .info .biz) as well as the huge influx of new TLD’s many at ridiculous prices has not made for a better internet, but a more muddied and expensive one.</div>
