<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#1F497D">After a careful assessment, we believe that the Plan is relevant and coherent, and it meets the community's expectations. We commend the PTI team for making it concise and easy to grasp.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#1F497D">We would like to suggest to rephrase the PTI’s objectives by replacing the verbs with nouns to better distinguish the objectives from the actions and means to achieve them.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p>
