As a info domain holder, I would like to see the cap remain. Limiting price
increases provides long term stability to the market and to the domain name
system itself. I do agree that the cap should be set above expected
inflation levels. At 10% per year, 5-8% above inflation, the registrar can
still increase rates significantly over time to respond to market changes.
