[Comments-info-renewal-18mar19] Keep price caps on .info websites!

I am a web developer with many nonprofit and educational clients who use
.info. One rule that is always true about all of them is that they have
small budgets for things other than programs and keeping the lights on.
They don't have extra money to go toward technology overhead like domain
names. If you allow the prices to increase by removing the price caps, they
will all pay more and this will hurt their budgets for programs. Please
don't do this! For-profit businesses is one thing, but nonprofits should
never be gouged like this.

Please keep the price caps in place on .info domains, for the good of all
who need the information that they provide.
