currently includes the Latin Small Letter L (U+006C, which also meets this
criteria for exclusion).<span> </span>Since this
symbol has been part of the Domain Name System from the beginning (e.g. .mil),
it obviously must remain grandfathered in to the MSR.<span> </span>But there should be some indication that this
