Small Letter Palochka (U+04CF) </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;">which appears
to have exactly the same conflict. There should
at least be a footnote indicating that an </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;">exception
has been made in this case, and explaining why it was made.</span></p>
