Please don't allow the .org operator to set whatever price it wants. Please
don't remove price caps. The internet should be a public utility and domain
registration should be run like a utility. ICANN is a monopoly and should
work to keep costs rock-bottom and avoid creating opportunity for
rent-seeking.
