Dear ICANN,

 

I understand you are considering allowing unlimited annual price increases
on key TLDs.

 

Please avoid regulatory capture by your buddies at the registries.

 

Allowing monopolist providers to extract extortionate rents is the opposite
of what you should be doing as a regulator.
