[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Org contract renewal prices

The removal of price increase caps in the new .org contract is concerning
to me as a holder of a few .org domains. There is no justification for
allowing a price increase greater than the current 10% and price controls
are important to keep costs down and predictable.
