[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Please don't remove the cap on .org domain pricing

Hi, 

I am an open source enthusiast who maintain a .org domain for project documentation. For the open source projects I host on this site doesn't have any income stream. If the cap is removed and the price goes sky high, I'll not be able to maintain the domain anymore. 

This is not only my case. Many open source developers maintains .org domains to host their site for project documentation etc. All of them will be affected, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of non-profit organizations. So please be wise, and for long-term and greater good of the society, leave the .org domains out of the price cap removal plan.
