<p>There are over 10.5 million registered .org domain names
according to pir.org's "history" page. At that scale, the 25K per
year fees are negligible. A 10% increase cap still allows for
almost doubling the fee in seven years. It seems odd to want to
change that structure. Did they justify this need -- I cannot
find any documentation to that effect.</p>
<p>Absent incredibly good reasons for it's removal -- I feel that
the cap should stand.<br>
