of extremely small budgets. If the cost of domain names is allowed to increase without control, these organizations could be priced out of being able to afford a domain name. This in-turn prevents them from having a web presence which leads to lack of awareness
about the organization and reduced donations. The would result in charitable organizations needing to close.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#333333;background:white">For example, I volunteer at a counseling center staffed by lay counselors that provide free counseling to several local counties. Without an affordable URL
we would not be able to have a website that provides access community resources, intake forms, and other information.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
