<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We’re a small non-profit art guild in a small community, staffed by volunteers. We don’t have money to pay staff, nor even for the rent! We have a gracious landlord, a wonderful supporter of the arts that
gives us space to show our artwork to the community. In return, that helps us provide much-needed commercial support for the community in general, based on arts tourism. We need an efficient web site to do that.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

into consideration the maturation of the domain name market and the goal of treating the Registry Operator equitably…” HOG WASH!!! Makes me wonder who is paying you under the table to lift the public safeguard….<o:p></o:p></span></p>
