<font face="Verdana">I am the owner, developer and maintainer of a
website (<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.usserie.org">www.usserie.org</a>) that seeks to preserve and make
available to the general public the history of a unique U.S. Navy
vessel.<br>

I have borne considerable personal expense, in terms of both time
and money, in order to provide this service.<br>

Should the proposed removal of the price cap on .org domains be
implemented, it is very likely that I will not be able to bear the
increased expense (along with the other expenses that I bear in
expanding and maintaining the site), and the project will cease
and this history will be lost.<br>

I urge you to not move forward with the provision that will remove
the price cap.<br>
