stability and predictability, and should</span></p>

no maximums. Unlike new gTLDs,</span></p>

their names and made their online</span></p>

that price caps would continue to</span></p>

in hundreds of millions of dollars</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">being transferred from these
organizations to one non-profit, the Internet</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Society, with .org registrants receiving
no benefit in return.  ICANN</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">should not allow one non-profit nearly
unlimited access to the funds of</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">other non-profits.</span></p>

to registries by removing price caps.</span></p>
