I believe this runs counter to the public interest.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Although anyone can purchase a .org address, the TLD originally was intended to serve non-profit organizations. As a result, tens of thousands of non-profits across the country use .org in their domain name. <br></div><div><br></div><div>While large nonprofits such as the Red Cross or United Way can easily tolerate large price increases, small nonprofits cannot. There are a large number of small nonprofits for which significant price increases would put at risk their ability to carry out their important mission.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I urge you strongly to reconsider this proposal and to keep the 10% annual increase cap on the price of .org domain names.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Robert Camner</div></body></html>
