    <p>Please do not remove the .Org name registration fee caps.  Many

      volunteer and charitable institutions use these, as well as

      hobbyists who aren't "making money" on Internet commerce.  There

      is no reason why the .Org registrars should have carte blanche for

      fees.<br>
