We have 28 homes throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area serving 120 residents. In addition, we have an In Home Program that provides personalized assistance and recreation to adults with developmental disabilities who do not live in a Wingspan home. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond",serif;color:black">Our annual budget is designed to break even each year. With funding ebbs and flows, we are grateful when we have the opportunity to end the year with a positive bottom line. We recognize
the costs involved in running a business because we are a business. The difference is our goal is not stockholder equity, but human equity. Ever dollar increase we have in our operating expenses, takes a dollar away from the people we serve. Our primary
purpose is the well-being of the people we serve. Any dollar increase of expense does make a difference in our world.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Our website is so important to our charitable existence. It informs the community about the work we are doing and the wonderful people we serve, it is a vehicle that helps us recruit and hire staff that want to devote their lives to caring for people with
developmental disabilities, it allows us to attract volunteers who save us thousands of dollars a year by painting, gardening, lawn mowing, snow shoveling, etc., and most importantly, tells the stories of those we serve and love.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
