regards to the proposed changes to the .org registry agreement,
specifically the proposal to remove the price-increase cap
specified in Section 2.10.</font></p>
<p><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">The internet is a vital
component of modern communication, and the ability for anyone on
Earth to cheaply and easily create a website is an important
vanguard of free speech. Removing the guarantee of low pricing
on .org domains threatens that freedom, as registrars may push
the cost of registering a domain name out of reach of many
people, particularly those most in need of a place to host their
speech.</font></p>
<p><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">I urge you to retain a
mandatory pricing cap on common domains such as .org, to ensure
that everyone can afford to register a domain and make their
voices heard.</font></p>
