<p>I am not in favor of removing the caps from price increases. In
an environment where the free market does not exist such as in the
area of domain name controls, removing the cap is tantamount to
creating conditions where "absolute power corrupts absolutely."
Definitely a bad idea and not in the public interest.</p>
